All the others I have tried about 4 or 5 fail with the one of the following errors: Your offer to help could not be sent.

Unsolicited Remote Assistance without an invitation requires preconfiguration of the remote computer being helped. The User's computer can be specified using either its computer name or address. Tell CTI Support which email address you sent your invitation to, and the connection password you created.
To suspend, change or end a remote assistance connection, click here. Click Continue. Select a duration the invitation will remain open typically 1 day or 24 hours. Tell CTI Support the password you created. When a CTI tech opens your invitation for assistance file, you will receive a prompt to allow the connection and a separate prompt to allow the tech to "share control " of your computer. CTI will not be able to help you use your computer unless you also share control see next step. Click Yes.
