IEEE is probably the biggest scientific conference organizer in the world and therefore your conference is not eligible for an individual conference license. Moreover, we are implementing integration with the IEEE copyright management system, which we cannot do based on our individual license prices. If your conference is sponsored by an IEEE society who has an organization-wide license with us, this society license will apply to this conference.

If this is not the case, we will ask you to purchase an executive license. Currently, EasyChair supports four different kinds of licenses for individual conferences: free, professional, executive and group license.
